You might not look forward to doing windshield wipers on today's workout for The 30-Minute Abs Program, but they're there for a reason—this difficult maneuver hits every part of your abs as you move from side to side, so it's worth the work you put into it. Remember, it's totally fine to do three sets if four is too much to handle.


Complete all three exercises in order. For the first two exercises, you should do 3 to 4 sets; but for the farmer's walk, do 4 to 6 sets depending upon how many sets you feel you can complete without overworking yourself.
