Fiona Harris competed for the very first time in November 2010. Her goal was simple – overcome fears, step on stage and display all her hard work. Never once did she think she would walk away with a first place trophy.
Then again, she had been a competitive gymnast for 11 years, training up to 24 hours a week so she had the self-discipline, focus and commitment. It wasn’t until college that her interest in weight training peaked, which she paired with her studies in human physiology, biomechanics and nutrition.
A year and half after her first amatuer win, Harris received more than another trophy, she walked off stage with her IFBB pro card.
When not competing, Harris is sharing all that she has learned during her years of training to help her clients achieve a healthy lifestyle and the body they have always dreamed of.
